UK house prices up 0.6% in July as market stabilises
Source: Nationwide / Reuters / The Guardian: Data released on 1st August shows UK house prices rebounded 0.6% in July after a sharp 0.9% drop in June when a temporary stamp duty relief ended. Annual growth climbed to 2.4%, with the national average price at £272,664.
Hawarden and Ewloe pricing continues to sit above the average, with strong positive trends, showing demand continues in the areas.
